Day 1: Arrival and Hotel Transfer

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be met by our company representative and guide who will transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Forest Cottages

Day 2: Kampala to Murchison Falls

After breakfast at the lodge, begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Make a stopover in Masindi town for lunch before proceeding to Murchison Falls. Visit the top of the falls, one of the main attractions in the area, and then head to your lodge to unwind for the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: Game Drive and Launch Cruise

Wake up early for breakfast and embark on a morning game drive where you may spot various animal species such as elephants, giraffes, lions, and Uganda kobs. In the afternoon, enjoy a launch cruise on the park’s main tourist attraction, the unique Murchison Falls, as well as the River Nile. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 4: Murchison Falls to Kibale National Park

After breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest National Park, home to the chimpanzees. Enjoy a full-day drive with a lunch stopover en route, arriving at the lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking

After breakfast, go chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park, one of the best safari destinations in Africa for chimpanzee tracking. After trekking, have lunch and visit Bigodi Wetland. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Bwindi for Gorillas

Enjoy breakfast in Kibale and then transfer to Bwindi National Park, driving through the famous Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you may spot some game, including tree-climbing lions. Proceed to Bwindi with lunch en route, arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking

After an early morning breakfast, report to the park headquarters for a briefing by the park ranger guides. Then, head into the forest for gorilla trekking in Bwindi. Return to the starting point in the afternoon, where you will meet your driver and transfer back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8: Return to Kampala

Have breakfast and head back to Kampala, driving across incredible landscapes, local markets, and towns. Enjoy lunch en route in Mbarara town and proceed to Kampala, arriving in the late afternoon. Drop-off at your hotel in Kampala or at Entebbe airport for your flight back home.
